What’s the cost of the program?
Wholesale orders must reach a low minimum of 10 products.

Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, wholesale orders must be a minimum 10 products.

How do I place an order?
Please speak with a representative about getting your account set up. From there, you can place orders anytime by logging into our shop. If you’d like to join our wholesale program, please fill out the application form below.

How do I pay for my order?
Please visit our wholesale WooCommerce site to place an order using your unique login information. Your discount will automatically be applied to your order with no coupon code required. Orders under $5,000 can be paid for via credit card at checkout.

Have an order over $5,000?
Please contact your account manager to invoice the order and pay using check or wire transfer.

Do you offer payment terms?
No, orders must be paid in full before being shipped out.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $50.

Do you provide express delivery?
Yes, for an additional charge, you can upgrade your shipping method from standard ground shipping to either 2-day or overnight shipping. This upgrade is available at checkout.

How quickly are orders shipped?
All orders placed by 1PM EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Do you ship to all states?
Yes, we offer free shipping to all 50 states.

Can you ship outside the United States?
Sorry, but we do not currently ship outside of the United States.

What is your return policy on orders?
If you wish to return or exchange your order, we charge a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to take care of this within 90 days of your order.
